Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
We will do our very best to make the delivery process as smoothly as possible. Please list any extra delivery notes we may need such as ok to leave at front door, use side door, take county road to left, house is a brick ranch with black shutters, etc. If we cannot successfully deliver, we will make a phone call to recipient to make alternate arrangements or an instore pickup. If the provided address and phone number are not good, then we do reserve the right to request a pickup or an if a better address is provided an additional delivery fee.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. If there is any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for the chance to help resolve the issue. We want you and your recipient to love the gift and gesture as much as we do. Due to the nature of fresh product and the proper care of fresh florals we do not accept returns or offer refunds once 24 hours have passed.
